StarlinkPanama.net offers satellite internet rental services in the Republic of Panama. For any inquiries, please contact us using the contact form on our website.
2. Service Details and Availability
- Pickup Only: Our Starlink rental service is available for pickup only. Please ensure you arrange to pick up the equipment at our designated location. We do not deliver the antenna or offer courier services. Please allow 10-15 minutes while we demonstrate how to use the antenna and connect to the internet.
Rental Plan:
Unlimited Plan: $25 per day for up to 10 days – $20 per day for more than 10 days.
Unlimited data usage each month.
Includes: Starlink antenna, 15m power cable, 240V adapter, 12/24V cigarette lighter power cable, 3m cable, carrying bag.
Additional items such as solar blankets or battery chargers are available at an extra cost.
Ideal for heavy use, streaming, and gaming.
3. Requirements
There is no minimum age to rent the equipment. Anyone who meets the rental terms can rent from StarlinkPanama.net. For each rental, we require you to provide a copy of your ID and a phone number so we can contact you.
4. Rental Duration and Rates
Minimum rental period: 3 days
Deposit: A $300 deposit is required as a security deposit for the antenna. This deposit will be refunded once the equipment is returned undamaged. Reservations: For rentals of 7 days or more, a 10% deposit is required to secure the rental dates.
Refunds: Early returns will not receive a prorated refund.
5. Late Fees
Late Return: A fee of $50 will be charged for each additional day for late returns, unless a separate agreement is reached.
6. Damage
or Loss: If the equipment is lost or damaged, the lessee will be charged $800 to cover the cost of the Starlink Mini kit plus our time. Problem Reporting: Please inform us immediately if there is any damage or malfunction of the equipment.
7. Payment Terms
Payment methods: We accept bank transfers, cash payments, and Yappy payments for rentals.
Late fees: Any late payment may incur additional charges.
8. Service Area
The Starlink equipment will be used exclusively in the Republic of Panama. Rental service is not available outside this area. Marine plans are available, but the price is quite prohibitive.
9. Ownership
The Starlink equipment remains the property of StarlinkPanama.net at all times. The lessee does not acquire ownership of the equipment during the rental period.
10. Responsibility and Network Connectivity
Disclaimer: StarlinkPanama.net is not responsible for any network connectivity issues that may occur while using the Starlink service.
Usage: Customers are fully responsible for the use of the rented Starlink equipment. We are not liable for any problems or damages arising from the use of the products or services we offer.
11. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved in the Panamanian courts.
