TERMS AND CONDITIONS (*) WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
Items must be taken directly to authorized repair shops with their invoice and/or warranty certificate.
1. Free technical service while the warranty is valid.
2. The warranty is valid only in the Republic of Panama.
3. The warranty must be honored by the Authorized Technical Service Center.
4. It will be valid when the damage is due to manufacturing defects.
5. Transportation of the item(s) under warranty, as well as other expenses, are at the buyer's expense and risk.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS:
1. Incorrect use, improper installation, or failure to follow the instructions in the manual.
2. Damage caused by sulfated or improperly inserted batteries.
3. If the item(s) have been tampered with by unauthorized personnel or a Service Center.
4. If the damage to the item(s) has been caused by: dirt, dust, water, rust, fungus, mold, fire, impacts, drops, voltage fluctuations, vandalism, acts of nature, etc.
5. The warranty does not cover damage to delicately made and handled accessories such as plastic parts, modems, power strips, cables, etc.
6. Failure to present the warranty document.
7. Alteration or modification of the warranty document.
8. If the authorized workshop determines that the item's failure was caused by misuse, the customer must pay for the inspection and repair of the item (if it is repaired).
WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ITEMS WITH A VALUE OF B/.20.00 OR LESS: 30 DAYS.
+ During delivery, all merchandise must be inspected in the presence of the customer.
+ If, within fifteen (15) days of delivery, the merchandise shows manufacturing defects, the customer must take it to the brand's Authorized Technical Service Center for inspection.
+ The Authorized Technical Service Center will determine whether the damage is factory-caused or induced. If the damage is factory-caused, the merchandise will be exchanged or the amounts paid will be refunded if replacement is not possible.
+ After fifteen (15) days of purchase and within the warranty period, the Authorized Technical Service Centers undertake to repair the merchandise or replace it if repair is not possible within thirty (30) days.
+ Unused merchandise for exchange will be accepted within five (5) days of purchase and must be in its original packaging.
